Svet Jacqueline graduated from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Recently, she was a photo essayist in the book, Relentless Courage: Ukraine And The World At War. CNN featured her as one of 12 women and nonbinary photographers capturing 2022. She is HEFAT trained, a member of Women Photojournalists of Washington, The National Press Photographers Association, and is freelancing in Ukraine- represented by ZUMA Press. ZUMA Press is a US independent press agency and wire service that provides editorial photography services.
