My 90 year old father, John, is the primary carer for Gwennie, my mum. A broken hip and a hospital stay has separated this pair for a few weeks. This discreet Iphone pic on one of our visits shows their love is as strong as it was when they married over 65 years ago.
After graduating from Sydney College of the Arts with a degree in Visual Communication, Karen specialised in corporate design, later honing her eye for detail as a picture editor and researcher for large multinational publishing houses.
Karen is an observational photographer who's work examines a man altered landscape. Karen has been an associated artist in the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Head On Photo Festivals, where her exhibition of Organic Landscapes was held at the prestigious Australian Museum.
Karen’s work has been shown in art shows and galleries in New York, Boston, London and Sydney. Her work is held in private collections in Europe, Sydney and Los Angeles.
