Seeing the huge art canvas that is the Earth from above and being able to capture just a small part of it. The original artist is the Earth. Looking at the air landscapes, we can enjoy those natural masterpieces and , changing the point of observation, we also change the scope of our understanding and perception of the surrounding world. An incredible blend of softness and ruggedness warmth and coldness, an abstract world over the braided rivers in Iceland. The viewer kind of loses the perspective of the frame, which creates that abstract feeling.
Massimo is a self-taught and Italian free lance photographer with a background in environment, travel reportage, aerials and scenics too. With over thirty years of photography experience, he has shot production stills for several exhibitions, magazines, brochures, books and he has been the only european photographer awarded in United Nations “Focus on Your World” international Comp. during the Earth Summit 1992 in Rio de Janeiro.
