A beautiful sadness. This is how I feel when I see animals in the Zoo. This is not because I think zoos are bad. In fact, I believe the Zoo is a lot of species' last hope for survival. This series is more directed at how sad it is that we as the human race put these animals in the Zoo, originally for entertainment and money and over the years it has changed into a place of survival. How did this happen? Poaching, illegal farming, greed, and a complete disregard for nature. I wanted to show the beauty of these animals while keeping a feeling of sadness about them.
