Abandoned pier taken at Rerik, Salzhaff, Baltic Sea coast, that had been shut down / cut off due the first and very strict CORONA shutdown what had been enforced in Germany in early 2020 (02/2020)!
Note that Rerik is a small coastal community but a significant tourist attraction on the Baltic Sea coast situated between Wismar and Rostock in Mecklenburg, among them Boltenhagen, the Island of Poel, Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm. This pier has been actually re-opened for tourism just a couple of days ago! Great! Appreciated.
