Images from Ethiopia's Omo Valley are everywhere - people travel and more and more photographers participate in photo tours designed to grab them those winning shots. I wanted to approach these people more softly, show them as they are not necessarily as they pose for tourists and create images THEY, more than anyone, would be proud to have and to craft beautiful real images against a backdrop different to the unnatural complete darkness or the harsh African sun which really flood our screens. It's an homage to the people who worked with me, not images for me!
