Housing a lot of people, the public housing estates in Hong Kong had once been an efficient means to resolve the housing problem. Yet, situation has changed. Under the prevailing policies, is it still true that the same can provide a brighter future for Hong Kong people? Or is it just the twilight shinning on the corridor where an old man is walking?
