This project aims to gather portraits during the months of the lockdown in Italy.The images were made remotely during a series of video calls. I wanted to highlight the different impacts that the containment measures had on our lives. Although isolation is the common feature of my portraits, through the uninterrupted poetic thread that binds these pictures, the purpose of my work is to compose a mosaic which presents a realistic vision of our present. In doing this I hope to convey an image of our contemporary time full of the many contradictions that the Covid-19 crisis has made more evident.
