Live Marble

This series was inspired by beautiful marble statues from Parisian museums. It seems to me that the association and contrast of a cold stone and a living body can give a new sense of beauty and become something bigger than just the sum of two separate components.
Sculptures were shot in the museums, while models were shot in the studio. So all works of the series are collages of two (or more) photographs.

Nikolai Endegor is a Russian photographer currently based in Paris. In photography, he likes portraiture and creative arts. He also loves street and architecture photography, Paris and Parisians being the main characters of his works.
