In 300 visits over a quarter-century, I ventured deep into each of America’s national parks. I felt the spiritual need to share the sense of wonder and passion inspired by those lands. I was interested in the individual character of each place; how each one represents a set of unique ecosystems, yet collectively, all are interrelated and interconnected like a giant jigsaw puzzle. The first photography book covering all the 61 U.S. national parks, Treasured Lands makes a statement by showing their extraordinary natural diversity with a more complete presentation than any other publication.

QT Luong, photographer, author, and environmentalist was the first to photograph all 62 U.S. National Parks—in large format. He has been recognized as the recipient of the National Parks Conservation Association's Robin W. Winks Award for Enhancing Public Understanding of National Parks and featured in many magazines, major newspapers, and the PBS series "The National Parks: America's Best Idea". Luong's photographs have appeared in hundreds of publications around the world, as well as solo gallery and museum exhibits across America and abroad.
