Taiwan has the highest scooter density in the world. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Communications of Taiwan, 71.1% of scooter riders will not choose to take public transportation because of the lower cost and high mobility. This is the bridge between Taipei City and New Taipei City. There are 15,000 scooters per hour through the bridge at the peak time, most of them are rushing to work. This scene that happens every weekday morning just like a waterfall.
