Portrait of trees is an ongoing project.
The tree occupies in all the cultures of the world an important symbolism, physically, mentally and spiritually. Each variety of trees itself has its own symbolism. I wanted to remove the tree from its environment so I could look at it, admire it in its purest form, and allow it to reveal its character as in a portrait.
