I was amazed by these children who were playing in a junked
airplane on a dumpsite right smack in the middle of the city, in
Paranaque, Philippines. They were totally oblivious of the
hazards of their recreation.
They climbed the place and run around the dumpsite barefoot.
Some were in dirty tattered clothes and others were not wearing
anything at all! But these never bothered them a bit and they
just had fun like normal kids do. For a few moments, the awful
reality they are living in ceased to exist and was totally
forgotten.
A self-taught photographer, fond of photography during free time, love to capture street and visual story. An IT engineer by profession, a programmer, former house painter, frustrated guitar player and father to two lovely daughters. I love arts although I cannot paint nor draw. But hopefully through photography, I will be able to express my own vision and inspire others. I was born in Quezon City, Philippines.
