Heavy fog often descends on Hong Kong between February and April each year. On rare occasions, the fog remains, sitting low on the city, leaving just the tips of the highest towers poking through. I was lucky enough to experience such a day and spent 9 hours (from midnight to 9am)) on Victoria Peak enjoying the eerie skyline.
