Perched on the cliffs of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore I looked out
over Lake Superior. The water glowed like the Caribbean. I listened to
the sea gulls as their calls echoed off the 200 foot cliffs towering over the
lake. It was a moment of serenity, standing there overlooking the beauty
of this majestic great lake.
