"Emiti Emito", Children of Earth is a long-term project about a
daily life of African kids. “Emiti-Emito”, an African word that stays
for a young tree with needs of nourishment and food to grow and
produce quality fruits, so like African Kids.

African kids lead a communal lifestyle, which instills cultural
norms, values, as well as beliefs imparted from home peers and
rules on a daily basis.

To be considered well bred in the African society, a child must
adopt the cultural values, such as kneeling, dress codes, how to
walk, talk and sit in front of their elders. Their grace and modesty
must be displayed in public.

They youth consists mainly in 4 segment, such as homework,
school, playing and religion or strong beliefs.
