The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria dispenses over
$3billion/year to fight the spread of the three pandemics. Prisons
are efficient incubators of TB. The GF sponsors programs that
enroll the inmates in their own care and provides free testing and
medicines.
