A project showing two cable-stayed bridges in Greece, one in Athens
and the other in Patras, the larges cable-stayed bridge in the world. A
story about light, shadow and how they play with these bridges.
It is always fascinating how light can create volumes and make them
emerge from darkness and how a photographer can use it to
emphasize even such thin and overlooked volumes as the cables of a
bridge.
These cables are the subject of the series, together with the feeling of
exuberance that such a cable-stayed bridge can give to the viewer
when light and lines are used to drive the eye to the apex of this
structure.
