Winter Blind 4

Taken during the onset of winter in our new home the frost shadows of the Winter series
remind me of the tradition of Chinese landscape painting. While beautiful, these images
also serve to remind me of the thin veil of security a home provides from the harsh
elements. As I wander through these scenes I am reminded of my place in the world, my
human vulnerability and the need to insulate my home.
