Poor oral health and the introduction of sugar from western world
impacts the quality of peoples’, especially children’s, lives.
Worldwide, 60–90% of school children and nearly 100% of adults have
dental cavities, often leading to pain and discomfort.

The dentist volunteer Lena believe in projects where the emphasis is
on education, prevention, the promotion of oral, as well as general
health and teaching local people how to carry on the work in their
communities.

I'm a photographer based in Skane, in the most southern parts of Sweden. My inspiration comes from nature and ordinary everyday life.
