Dancing is one the most popular forms of expression in Guinea. It can express acts,
thoughts and emotions. People dance at weddings, while working their fields and for no
reason in the street. They dance despite the lack of drinking water and electricity,
despite epidemies and violence. This project contains portraits of professional dancers in
urban environment of Conakry, the capital of Guinea.
