I explore New York that is so near and yet so far place, from various
perspectives as a foreigner, a student and a person who live in New York
City.

Maroh Kim was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. He studied journalism in Korea, but he moved to New York to study photography in 2012. He is currently attending a BFA photography program at School of Visual Arts in New York. Despite his short photography career, Sincere efforts and eagerness have allowed him to receive a chairman's merit award in 2012, 3rd Prize and 5 honorable mention at IPA2013. Now he is trying to do his job as an artist to blow visual delight, warmth and empathy into people's mind.
