Over your shoulder

"Over your shoulder" pose is often required for a model during a photo shoot, and "Throwing salt over your shoulder" came about because people once believed the devil stood behind your left shoulder waiting for you to make a mistake or to influence you into making a mistake. Throwing some of the spilled salt over your left shoulder would be throwing it into the Devil's eyes, thus blinding him to your mistake. Blind is part of the fashion system in front of the excessive thinnes of a lot of models, forced to fit into small sizes to work.

She started taking pictures at the age of 17. She is the author of the official Peter Greenaway's portray. Among others she won Canon 2000 prize for the best sport picture for "Photo Italia" magazine. She took part of a collective at Ken Damy museum and toured Italy with it in 2004. "Oltre lo schermo, istantanee sul festival del cinema" is her personal exhibition of pictures from Cannes and Venice festivals from the last 20 years; this exhibition was shown at "Blu di Prussia" in Naples and other italian citys.
