Formally trained in Anthropology (PhD U Arizona) and Medicine (MD U Kansas), Susan was a Gynecologist in private practice since 1989, retiring in the summer of 2011. She holds advanced Certificates in Digital Photography from University of New Mexico Continuing Education�s Digital Arts Program. She rapidly developed interests in Maternity, Newborn, Infant, and Family photography, as well as �just about everything else.� Her inspiration comes from the magical light, long history and prehistory, and diverse cultures of her adopted state, New Mexico, "Land of Enchantment."
