Italy has seen several protests over the past three years against public spending cuts, job losses and factory closures.

My name is Giuseppe Ciccia, born in Praia a Mare, a small village in southern Italy, and I am a freelance photographer (news, documentary and stock) currently living and working in Rome (Italy).
At present, I'm a regular contributor for Demotix news agency and for Alamy stock agency.
