Was the Son”, which was in competition for the Golden Lion at the 69th Venice.
Directed by Daniele Ciprì (director, screenplayer, director of photography, film editor).
These images have been awarded in 2013 at the 16th edition of the "CliCiak - Still
Photography Award", they won the Best Single Shot Color and Best Series (25 images) Black
and White.

Fabio Zayed was born in 1970 in Italy. He started late thinking about photography as a way of telling stories and portraying reality.
He started working as photographers in the 2000, and from this year started his collaboration with the photographer Maila Iacovelli. At the beginning he was interested mostly in photojournalism and he started covering news, collaborating with most of Italian magazine and newpapers, the Associated Press and the Ansa. Then he gradually approached photo-reportage, focusing mostly in an anthropological vision and social research.
In the last years he worked also photographing theatre scene and as movie still photographer.
