Carolina Cantore is an Argentine photographer, born in August 1982 in Buenos Aires, where she lives since her birth. In 2003 he began her career in a self-taught way until in 2007, after completing a degree in Business Administration at the Catholic University of Argentina, she attended the Bodelón Studio to begin her studies in photography. In 2008 and 2009 she attended the Motivarte Photography School where she graduated as Professional Photographer and currently takes private classes with Alberto Natan.
Awards Her photographs have been exhibited in galleries and public spaces in Milan, Paris, Barcelona, Athens, Portland, Lexington, New York, Montevideo and Buenos Aires. She has also received several awards and recognitions, including a Silver Prize in Prix de la Photographie Paris 2012 for her self-portrait work, and several honorable mentions in the IPA Awards.
Her first self-published book «El duelo - El amor nunca terminará« (The grief - Love will never end) was presented as Story of the Week in JPG Magazine in 2012, was exhibited at the «XII Author's Book Fair» in Buenos Aires and in Montevideo in 2013, was exhibited at the French Alliance of Buenos Aires in her first solo exhibition in April 2016 and in the Author's Book Fair (FELIFA) in Buenos Aires in 2018.
Her last self-published book "Renacer de lo Alto" (Reborn from Above) was exhibited at the Independent Fair of Photobooks of Mendoza and at the Author's Book Fair (FELIFA) in Buenos Aires during 2018.
