City Light Pollution.
Photos are shouted for a campaign against city light pollution in historical towns. In the historical town of Genova (Italy), city regulations impose commercial activities to use only neon signs. These neon signs change the traditional urban landscape, mainly in the narrow streets of Genova, creating a magical and retro effect.
