Menonites avoide all that is mechanical.It was a great opportunity to be invited to stay with them for one night, they live in a remote part of Belize. This particular community had moved from north of the US to Mexico and then Belize in order to escape modernity. They spoke only old fashioned German, no English or Spanish.(we were invited because my companion spoke German).They were very hospitable.

Born in Rome, Italy. Studied in the U.S.A. and lives in Australia. A graduate in Photography from The University of Texas at Austin. I am committed to photographing the less empowered as dignified individuals and beautiful human beings. I try to emphasize the subjects' personal reality.
