Phillip Slattery studied history, international relations and photography in college and graduate school. He has lived and worked in a variety of countries over the past twenty years, including the United States, Europe and former Soviet Central Asia. Shooting landscapes and portraits for over twenty-five years, photography has allowed Phill a unique perspective of the cultures with which he interacts.
