A series of selected portraits of my entire family.

A graduate of Central Saint Martins, Janie Cai-a qualified jewellery designer and self confessed trigger-happy snapper, has been working as a stylist in the fashion industry in Singapore since 2005. Disgruntled with conventional somber family portraits, this series of portraits came about from the desire to do something that would more accurately represent her family along all their unique quirks. Blending narrative with personality, each picture celebrates one member of the family as the main character with the others as a supporting cast.
