The FURIES is an ongoing photographic series that draws on the mythology of the Greek Erinyes to explore memory, loss and the unseen ways the past continues to inhabit the present. Rooted in personal experience, the work is less concerned with recounting a history than with revealing how emotional histories continue to shape us. Through staged photography and digital processes, familiar forms are transformed into images that exist between reality and dream, where myth becomes a language for what cannot easily be spoken.
