For a few days, thousands of strangers gather in one place and form a temporary community. Social status, age and everyday roles lose their importance.
What remains is a shared experience shaped by music, emotion and human connection.
Rather than documenting a specific event, these photographs explore a universal need: to belong, celebrate together and experience a temporary sense of unity, where individual identities briefly dissolve into the collective.
Pol'and'Rock 2025
Grzegorz Wójcik born in 1979 is a freelance Polish photographer. Recently devoted to long-term photojournalism projects which focus on human relations. His photographic works have been published in the local press and on national TV as well.
He is a member of the International Sports Press Association (AIPS) and the Polish Sports Writers Association.
Awards Grzegorz Wójcik is also an award-winning photographer holding medals of Prix De La Photographie Paris and Tokyo International Foto Awards. He also received honorable mentions among others at International Photography Awards, Monochrome Awards and Px3.
