Holy Week in the Sicilian towns of Enna, Scicli, Augusta and Ispica becomes the starting point for observing the communities that live it. Rather than documenting the religious ritual itself, this project explores the gestures, encounters and relationships that unfold around it. The photographs shift the focus from the celebration to the human dimension, revealing how shared traditions continue to shape identity, memory and a sense of belonging.
