This is an image from a series I created with food stylist Jess McKintosh where we created pleasing but ultimately purposeless structures; follies. Taking inspiration from Dr Seuss and the artist Boo Moon I wanted these whimsical scenes that are built from sweets to be childlike but to also have a kind of cosmic and infinite feel to them.
