Photographed on the Storseisundet Bridge along Norway's Atlantic Ocean Road, this image captures the road's iconic serpentine curve disappearing into coastal haze, a lone white van ascending toward the arc of the overpass above. Shot into the light, the scene is reduced to silhouette and atmosphere: mountains layered in receding grey, water on both sides of the narrow causeway, and a sky that offers no clear horizon. The bridge, engineered to withstand North Atlantic storms, reads here not as infrastructure but as a passage into uncertainty, a road that appears to end in open sea.
