“Disguise” is a four-year photographic series using double exposure on 35mm film to capture cars and their surroundings in various global cities, creating images where vehicles blend into colorful environments, each with unique personality traits. Trying to convey the essence of cities through double-layered scenarios that balance colors and shapes, offering surreal and visionary perspectives that elevate the visual experience to a new level of abstract beauty.

Alexandro Pelaez is a Venezuelan photographer based in London who initially started his professional career in Advertising in Florida, USA. Having moved to London in 2001, Alexandro has worked over the years on various photography projects with different clients in the UK, Latvia, Germany, Italy, France, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mexico and USA.

Recently, Alexandro received the 2nd place award by the IPA International Photography Award 2019 in New York in the category of: Analogue/ Film, Other.
