Ephemeral Beauty is a fine art project that seeks to seamlessly merge the natural world with the studio environment, creating a juxtaposition of nature and humanity while exploring the fragile intersection between the two.

Through the use of botanical cyanotype printing to create dappled light backdrops and the inclusion of natural elements such as taxidermized butterflies, the imagery serves as a commentary on humanity’s increasing encroachment on the natural world—and our simultaneous desire to preserve, replicate, and possess its beauty.
