Mist from the falls dissolves the world’s edges, leaving only a way forward. The boat crowds close, carried by the same current: anticipation, tension, and a quiet, lingering unease. It is not exhilaration, but the hush of vespers before a threshold. Ahead, the veil holds. Water heaves in silk-like patterns; foam flashes like brushstrokes as light softens green force into layers. This photograph is not about arrival, but heading: pushing onward together as the mist keeps its secret a little longer.
I’m currently a master’s student in Boston. When I graduated from college, my father gave me his old A7R3 as a graduation gift. And that’s how my journey into photography began.
This is now my third year behind the camera. I’m still learning, exploring, and discovering new ways to see the world through photography. I’m grateful to be part of this community and excited to share and to learn from fellow photographers.
