Sunrise over the beautiful Ysios Winery in the Rioja region of Spain. When the weather conditions permit, the Foehn winds bring moisture and cascading clouds over the Cantabrian mountain range before the sun rises high in the sky. One of the local wines is named after this unique phenomenon as it provides the wines with the best conditions to help them grow. Whether purposeful or ironic, the twisted roof arches designed by Santiago Calatrava appear to be very similar to the cloud structure. This is the perfect juxtaposition of natural geography and human engineering.
