This oak stands in a slightly inaccessible place, likely known by very few. I had stepped away from a small group of trees, already enchanted by them, when I found this magnificent being, as if it were the maestro of the forest, orchestrating the behaviour of the surrounding trees and birds.

After photographing it, I wrote a small note:

Yes, I found fallen trunks.
The storms have been fierce.
But you seem well.
I know… the forest is harsh.
I hope you endure.
