The Inverse Uncanny Valley

In an urban underground passage, pedestrians are momentarily framed between pillars, creating fleeting compositions born of chance. These captured moments evoke an uncanny impression that reality itself is following a programmed logic. This phenomenon suggests an "inverse uncanny valley," where the real world feels algorithmic, not the artificial appearing real.

Unlike Surrealism's dreamlike focus, this work reflects a systematic unreality shaped by our AI-saturated era. It ultimately questions our human instinct to seek meaning and beauty in randomness through the act of image-making.
