This work is an homage to Francis Bacon’s paintings, and a process of taking out fragments of certain emotions that were locked inside me.
What kept coming to mind while I was taking the photos were suppressed voices, erased faces, and emotional cracks. Like the people Bacon painted, the beings in this photo are also unclear. Faces are blurred, emotions are distorted, and everything spreads into blue tones. That blue is not just a color, but a weight that cannot be expressed in words.
