People crossing the road under the rain, their figures blurred and perforated by sun beams/water drops on the windscreen. Rain and water droplets illuminated by the sun and the backlight formed the distorted shape of the crossing parade and created a slow motion, sleepy atmosphere. The photographer is the static part on the moving world, or perhaps the active spectator of a group congealed by the combination of light and rain.
