French garden sculptures, although wrapped in tarp and bound by rope, still suggest the female form beneath. The images appear silenced recalling the long history of women’s lives being shrouded, both literally and and metaphorically, within institutions of power, beauty, and silence. The series questions the history of telling, what is hidden, what is concealed, and who decides.
