Created by Chef Mineko Kato, awarded Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2024, at Shiseido FARO, Tokyo, this dessert celebrates nature’s beauty.

I am a photographer based in Tokyo, Japan, with a career spanning since 2015. Initially focused on portrait photography, I have since expanded my practice to encompass a diverse range of genres, including food, fashion, and landscape photography. I am particularly drawn to capturing fleeting, serendipitous moments under natural light or in authentic environments, favoring the spontaneity of real-world settings over controlled studio setups.
