A Dutch windmill, erected in 1740, is silhouetted against a fading twilight sky, where hues of lavender, rose, and deepening blue melt into one another. The quiet landscape is reflected perfectly in the still waters below, providing a mirror-like reflection of this painterly scene.

I'm a visual artist from Southern California, and love to photograph in far-flung places.

I photograph with medium format cameras due to the optics and detail they provide, and my artwork often includes an open canvas and features color as the hero.
