Ghosts of the past are holding me back, keeping at bay, telling me I am not good enough to be creative, recognised, admired. They are either dead or in hiding, but in my head they are alive and active. Ghosts from the past are holding me by neck. I am an imprisoned creative.
I like recycled fashion photography to raise awareness of over-consumerism. I love taking portraits and make composites showing connections of simple subjects such as a person and a tree, human skin and flowers. My work involves images taken at low shutter speed, partially in blur, to express nostalgia.
