The photographic series Inkstellar contemplates the flowing and diffusing textures of aged ink on raw rice-paper. Utilizing ultra-high-precision macro imaging technology, it captures the subtle interplay between water and ink – transforming granular particles of aged ink into dynamic constellations through microscopic perspectives that surpass human vision. Within the misty atmosphere of Chinese ink wash aesthetics, the work conjures a cosmic dreamscape reminiscent of starry splendor, unveiling latent energies within the ink akin to dark matter eruptions.
