Impossible Roses

Two delicate, paper-like roses emerge
from the heart of a crimson onion.

French-Australian with a lifelong passion for food, I worked for many years as a food stylist before opening my own ceramic studio. In recent years, my focus has turned to photography.

Through the lens of a photographer and food stylist, I transform humble produce into visual poetry.
Each image tells a quiet story, where vegetables take on character and emotion: leeks dance, beans declare their love, parsnips take flight.

These vegetable portraits awaken the child within us, spark curiosity, and remind us that beauty often hides in the simple things. They are an invitation to see differently.
